Cardiovascular Services (CVS) is located in the Avenue Hospital in the suburb of Windsor. The building is located via glass doors to the right of the main entrance of the Hospital.

The closes tram is on Dandenong Road tram numbers 5 or 64 and stop number 34 or on High Street the tram number is 6 and the stop number is 34. Both tram stops are less than 500m from The Avenue Hospital
